Trainer - Application Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sale and post-sale implementation support and training via phone, email, WebEx, and as needed at customer sites
  • Address questions from customers and prospects on software features and capabilities and interface with software engineering team to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with updates to training curriculum used to implement Cedaron software for a variety of customer types
  • Assist with updates to technical documentation; interface with engineering to develop specifications for course content
  • Provide customer support as needed

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in training and technical customer support
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Travel approximately 25% to visit customer sites and attend tradeshows

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Write complex stored procedures and functions
  • Design data forms and reports
  • Design, implement, test, document, and maintain application functionality including business logic and database queries
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to define and prioritize new application features and enhancements
  • Provide Tier 2 customer support for application functionality issues

Required

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ Years working with VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript and other .NET technologies
  • 5+ Years OOP based development
  • 5+ Years RDBMS design and development experience with MS SQL Server, including schema design, stored procedures and triggers
  • Good understanding of HTTP, XML, Web Services, Windows Services, and Transact SQL
  • Understanding of architecture and development methodologies of n-tier systems
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision
  • Possess a professional and cooperative attitude and is a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
