Features that Increase Efficiency and Integrity
Interfaces
CardiacCare automatically imports ACC data from hemodynamic and CVIS systems, and STS data from ADT interfaces. If you have an electronic surgery system, we can build an interface to transfer any STS field into our software. If you participate with the STS and do not have a surgery interface, we highly recommend incorporating an ADT interface to transfer patient demographics into CardiacCare.
Automatic Data Validations
CardiacCare performs two separate data validations, eliminating the need to perform data audits. CardiacCare validates all data transferred from your hemodynamic interface and identifies and removes any data that does not meet ACC specifications. The software also validates data at the point of entry, automatically warning you whenever data is outside the permissible range for each ACC or STS element.
Data Completeness
With a click of a button, CardiacCare generates data completeness reports at the patient level, identifying any missing information and hyperlinking you directly to the appropriate ACC or STS field. A second data completeness check is performed at the harvest level to ensure you will never have to spend time searching for missing data.

When it comes time to harvest your data for ACC or STS, CardiacCare easily separates data for all national and state databases.

Standard Flash Reports
CardiacCare comes with numerous prebuilt Flash Reports that satisfy our customers’ needs, and a filter and time frame can be added to any Flash Report. These reports can instantly be generated with the click of a mouse or a simple keystroke.

Every information field in CardiacCare has a help button that provides the correct data definition for that element as defined by the ACC or STS. Since STS and ACC sometimes have different definitions, these handy drop-down tips ensure that everyone using CardiacCare enters data correctly. Cedaron uses similar screens and data forms, regardless of registry, so learning new registries is a snap.

In addition, all of our representatives work directly for Cedaron: we do not outsource Customer Support. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm Pacific Time.
